Route Testing

A practical, evidence-led qualification process before a contact center puts significant traffic on a new route.

No need to move all your calls on day one.

Choosing a new SIP provider is a serious decision for a busy call center. That’s why we begin with a controlled test and a clear conversation about your business needs.

Here’s how it works.

  1. Tell us about your business. Share your organization, campaign category, target countries and approximate call volume.
  2. We review routes and pricing. We’ll assess the destination, traffic profile, caller ID requirements, competitive rate options and alternative paths where available. If it’s a fit, we will discuss a test plan and terms.
  3. Try a small set of real calls. With approved access, your team can assess connection behavior, audio, delays and billing before sending regular traffic.
  4. Make your decision. Continue only when both sides agree on destinations, capacities and commercial conditions.

What information should you prepare?

Your main calling destinations, approximate monthly calls and minutes, peak simultaneous calls, PBX/dialer platform and an honest description of the campaign. If your engineer knows CPS (calls per second), ACD (average call duration) or SIP errors, those details can help—but we can begin without them.

We manually review every business. Test access is subject to verification, lawful use and upstream approval. VoiceGrand does not support Forex / FX trading calls or campaigns in any country. Please don’t send consumer calling lists through the enquiry form.
