VoiceGrand is intended for legitimate organizations with a demonstrable commercial purpose. We may require corporate registration details, official website, campaign description, destination mix, legal authority to place calls and supporting documentation before route testing or activation.
Forex / FX trading calls are not supported.
VoiceGrand does not accept Forex (foreign-exchange / FX trading) calls or campaigns, including Forex sales, investment solicitation, brokerage promotions or related lead-generation traffic. This exclusion applies worldwide, regardless of whether calls originate from or terminate in Europe, Asia, the Middle East or elsewhere. We assess campaign type, not a blanket exclusion of countries such as India.
Responsible voice traffic.
We do not knowingly accept traffic involving deceptive CLI/ANI presentation, impersonation, scams, unauthorized robocalling, fraud, harassment or violations of applicable telemarketing, consumer protection, privacy or telecom regulations. Customers are responsible for lawful consent, suppression lists and compliance in all relevant jurisdictions.
Caller identification.
CLI acceptance and presentation depend on destination rules, carrier screening and verification. Numbers must be owned, assigned or otherwise lawfully authorized for the calling organization. We do not guarantee that all CLI values will be passed or displayed unchanged.
Route control and investigation.
We may limit, suspend or reject traffic where technical or compliance concerns are discovered, subject to applicable agreements and law. Route testing, destination access and service activation remain subject to review.
